The Business Administration Major aims to study business corporations in order to help students understand current business practice. The objective of the Major is to train students to become competent and professional business administrators with the ability to handles complex business issues and activities who will eventually play significant roles in all types of organizations. Towards this end, the Major first provides students with basic principles and theory of personnel management, production and operation management, finance and marketing management and accounting. Second, the Major enables students to tackle diverse business problems by offering students the basic knowledge and theory of management such as quantitative analysis for management and information management as well as those of economics and statistics. Third, the Major enables students to deal with complicated business issues by developing their communication skills in foreign languages and obtaining comprehensive knowledge of international business management.
